1.) Log in to Portal.
2.) Navigate to Phone System > Call Logs & Recordings.
From here, you can set specific filters such as date and time ranges, call direction, extension number, status, etc. to filter down the results of what you are looking for.
Along with viewing your call logs, you can also listen to call recordings or download them directly to your device.
NOTE: Call recording is disabled by default. Please contact support to enable this feature.
NOTE 2: Call recordings are kept for 30 days. If you need longer retention periods, please contact support.
