Forwarding an extension number can be done one of two ways. One is via the phone handset itself. Please refer to the Quick User Guide for your particular phone on how to accomplish this on the phones. 

To enable call forwarding on a particular extension number in the portal, follow the steps below.

  1. Login to Portal
  2. Go to Phone System > Extensions
  3. Select the extension that you'd like to enable call forwarding on.
  4. Select Call Routing in the upper right hand corner.
  5. Enable call forwarding and enter the destination number or extension. Ensure that you do not use any spaces, dashes, or periods when entering your forwarding number. Click Save when done.
